When I met Cassy & Greg at their Engagement Session last year I instantly adored these two- incredibly warm and easy going, passionate and completely smitten with one another. Cassy bursts into a huge grin whenever she locks eyes with Greg (who is both honest and sincere as well as always making her laugh). A few weeks before the wedding, the three of us shared a drink together as we contemplated whether I could cover for Greg long enough to steal some birch logs that decorated the lounge. (Don’t worry, we didn’t do it!) Greg and Cassy thought of so many beautiful details, including the birch tree name plates in which Greg inscribed the name of each guest. I was beyond impressed with the beauty and thought behind every aspect of their gorgeous day. The amazing Linda of Forget Me Not Florals created absolutely stunning decor for Cassy and Greg’s celebration including the simple, yet elegant huppa of silks and birch branches. Their officiant and friend Rachel did a beautiful job presiding over the ceremony and her smile beamed as Cassy and Greg said their vows that each of them wrote. As I looked around, there were so many tears of joy and it was clear how loved these two are by their family and friends. Elizabeth of the Red Lion Inn made the day effortless and it was her amazing promptness that allowed us the moments to capture the golden sinking sun that gave us some of my favorite images of Cassy and Greg together. Cassy & Greg’s band Clockwork was phenomenal and they kept the party absolutely rocking until the last dance of the night (including an energy filled Hora that had me grinning from ear to ear!). I was joined by the ever fabulous Johnny Arguedas (his above the crowd Hora shot and romantic shot of Cassy & Greg’s first dance is featured below). It was an absolutely stunning affair and I was thrilled to be a part of it!
Cassy & Greg- I had such an amazing time both at your celebration and getting to know you this past year. You are such an incredible pair and I wish you nothing but those huge grins for the rest of many many years together. You deserve life’s every happiness! I am so honored to have been part of your day!

Seeing them made me smile, laugh, even almost teary eyed remembering some of the funny but touching and poignant speeches and moments. Great memories for you always (06.05.12, 03:54PM)
